I turned 38 years old back on the 13th of May. Not a milestone by any means, but it's the oldest I've ever been. The two things that strike me as odd at this point will leave my mind soon, as I've never really given much thought to anyone's age. One, I remember when my parents were this old, and they seemed older to me (which means, really, that like everyone else my age, I don't feel that old). Two, I feel much younger; I mean, I feel 25 (until I hang out with 25 year olds--then I feel 86).

* Since my favorite number is 42 (thanks to Douglas Adams), I expect that party to top them all.
